is available via the Mac OS X Software Update ppreference panel. According to Apple, "DVD Player update delivers improved performance and stability, as well as support for Blue and White Power Mac G3 and Power Mac G4 systems with PCI-based graphics." We have been unable to install the update, it quits with an error after downloading the installer.
