Follow Up--New iBook vs PowerBook 2400c

Several readers pointed out that I missed the lack of the 2400c's infrared port on the new iBook--some people use it, I guess, but I never have. In addition, several people pointed out that the lack of a PC card slot in the new iBook precludes the use of a Merlin Ricochet or other such card for commercial wireless internet access around those cities that have that service. I still have to go with the new iBook over the 2400c since I've never used either of these specialized capabilities with my 2400c. Yet, these may be leveling or deciding factors for some.
