[6:30p 3/16]More Apple Retail Store Evidence--Pittsburgh, PA, this time. In today's edition of the Pittsburgh Business Times, Herky Pollock, executive vice president at CB Richard Ellis/Pittsburgh, states he's representing Apple in its location search in Pittsburgh. According to Pollock, Apple hopes to have 3-4 stores in Western Pennsylvania open by the end of this year with the first stores open in the next couple of months. In comparison, Gateway has just three stores in the Pittsburgh area according to Greg Pacek, the reader who called our attention to the PBT article. We posted our own evidence of a store in the Washington DC area on March 6th plus there is other evidence first posted elsewhere for Los Angeles, Palo Alto, Chicago, New York and Denver. [Greg Pacek]
