From the Dark Side--Judge Schedules M$ Antitrust Trial Penalty Phase

Not wasting any time, the new US District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, who was assigned to rehear the penalty phase of Microsoft's antitrust trial, set September 14 for briefs outlining the remaining issues and September 21 to discuss them according to this Yahoo News article. M$ marches on to release Windows XP which integrates a lot of technology that are currently separate markets similar to the Internet Explorer integration. M$ is also accused of trying to monopolize the internet with Microsoft.Net according to this analyst. [Dana Baggett]
