Help for Some Former NorthPoint DSL Customers

Constant.com, one of the nation's first DSL providers, announced today it has a quick conversion plan specifically targeted to Northpoint customers, as well as customers from Internet Service Providers in financial hardship that are shutting down. Northpoint DSL customers will be able to be promptly switched to Constant.com's network, without having to install a new line in most cases. Rebates are available to those Northpoint customers who submit their existing hardware to offset new hardware and installation costs. Some customers will enjoy free installation and hardware after the rebate, as well as lower monthly prices for faster DSL connections in many instances. The Northpoint conversion program applies to all IDSL, SDSL and ADSL customers in Texas. Other options are available for Northpoint customers nationwide. [Business Wire]
