iTunes 2 Installer Lost Data

Did you lose data from the rare iTunes 2 installer issue that we covered over the weekend? Bob Unger wrote, "This thread might be of interest to Macs Only! readers who lost HDD data when installing the first released version of iTunes 2." Apple subsequently released iTunes 2.0.1 Saturday night which fixed the installer issue.
