MacHack 16 Began at 12:01am Today

According to the MacHack web site, a large number of the original team that brought us Apple and the Mac participated in this counter-culture gathering of developers for the Mac. The keynote panelists include Donn Denman, Jef Raskin, Andy Hertzfeld, Caroline Rose, Guy "Bud" Tribble and Bruce Horn of the original Mac engineering team. Steve "Woz" Wozniak, Apple co-founder, made MacHack history as conference keynote. He wowed the audience with tales from "the land before Apple" and phone-phreaking as well as his more modern activities and efforts with computer education and charitable activities according to a MacHack pre-event press release. A special keynote will be given tonight by Steve Wozniak as an informal "fireside chat". He not only will reminisce, but also muse on the future, all with his classic wit and comfortable style.
