X3 version 0.1.1 for Mac OS X

is now available for download from Jake Luck's server. X3 is an application that shows CPU load. This new version features:

8 more objects
new extensible X3C object format
improved memory management
objects menu synchronization
added Dock menu and Process menu
preferences default closed on startup

[Update] PowerMail 3.1 is Final: PowerMail for Macintosh v3.1, an innovative alternative to Microsoft's Outlook Express, Entourage and Eudora, for Mac OS 9 and X has now been released. This is a free feature upgrade for current PowerMail 3.0 users and contains over 95 enhancements including IMAP support, many Mac OS X improvements, new AppleScript commands and performance gains.

[Update] SmartDisk (VST) FireFly is $299.95: SmartDisk released a miniature Firewire drive based on the same or similar small hard drive as the iPod. The FireFly's size is 5 GB just like the iPod's but the FireFly's cost is about $99 less and without the music player, of course.
