Covina Public Library sets up Computer to collect Historical Stories--it's an iMac

The Covina Public Library has established a workstation for people to enter stories about this area of the San Gabiel Valley in California. The 125-year-old city won a California of the Past digital storytelling grant from the California State Library, one of only six libraries in the state to do so.

The grant includes $7,000 for expenses plus a $3,000 workstation which includes a new Apple iMac computer, a digital camera, a printer, a scanner, a tape deck, a record player and a DVD player. More... [Dana Baggett]
