Amazon.Com Lowers Free Shipping Threshold to $25
"For a little more than two months now, we've been testing Free Super Saver Shipping on orders over $49. That test has worked well enough that we're now ready, effective immediately, to lower the threshold again and test Free Super Saver Shipping on orders over $25.
