Look for those Circuit City Deals--iBook 500 MHz Combo $769

--as we suggested last weekend. From Bill Jensen, "Bill, just in case you or someone you know is looking for a cheap deal, as you know Circuit City has some great deals left on open box stuff. I picked up a 2001 iBook, 500 mHz 10 gig combo drive for $769 after a $100 rebate from CC. They also had a blueberry iBook 300mhz 6 gig cdrom for $499 after rebate. I checked with Apple, and neither had been registered, so the full warranty is available. There are still some of these around but they are vanishing fast. Unfortunately, no PowerBooks have been in sight.... They ran the $100 rebate last week and this week on all notebook computers but who knows about next week."
