More Feedback/Tips--Adobe GoLive 6.0
The bad news is that we have had more instances of blank Inspector windows, ranging from tables to anchors. Each time we've had to quit and relaunch GoLive 6.0 to regain the Inspector's full functionality. However, this is still the only bug we've encountered.
David Garity wrote us with more tips: "With GoLive 4 you can also select one cell and do a Command A (select all) and the apply fonts, alignment etc. to all of the cells in the table.
"I just installed GoLive 6 (having used GoLive 4 for a couple of years now) and with GoLive 6 you can:
- Move your cursor to the left edge any far left cell in the table and it will change to a right arrow. Click when this happens to select an entire row. Or,
- Move your cursor to the top edge of the top cell of any row and it will change to a down arrow, Click when this happens to select an entire column. Or,
- Hold the mouse button down and drag through adjacent cells to select them.
"Also, here's a tip from macdesignonline.
'When nesting one table within the cell of another and using zero cell padding, if you place a comment from the pallet (See graphic below.) in the cell first you can easily select the inserted table later when in the layout mode. The comment will be invisible in the preview mode and only show in the layout mode."
