Mac OS X 10.5 'Leopard' coming out soon? Could be!

Apple just announced its 2007 Design Awards program (see article below) and one of the categories is "Best Mac OS X Leopard Application." The nominations have to be in by April 23rd, indicating that Leopard could be released very soon.

While developers who are members of Apple's Developer Connection have had several builds of Leopard since last August's 2006 Worldwide Developers Conference, Leopard has not been released in final giving them precious little time to perfect their applications even if Leopard were released today. Perhaps, it is a misprint? Or is Leopard coming out very soon? We'll see if Apple revises the Web page soon. [Bill Fox]
