One More Mac OS X 10.1.3 Bad

Our G4 Cube with a Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer 5-button optical mouse loses it's fast tracking speed setting on waking from sleep. This was common in Mac OS X 10.1.1 but rare in 10.1.2. None of our other computers using Apple mice, optical or mechanical, have this problem.
