Speed Download v1.8.1 is Out

Speed Download is one of our favorite shareware applications, one that works as advertised to accelerate downloads significantly with a broadband internet connection. Here's a quick list of what's changed:

- NEW Feature enhanced/faster Speed Download Plugin for Classic and OSX.
- NEW Proxy Username/Password support.
- NEW Log File management under MacOSX. Enabled menu shortcut to Log File.
- NEW Implemented support for the Chimera browser under MacOSX.
- NEW Improved file size handling.
- NEW Much smoother FTP connectivity.
- NEW 'Check for Updates' sequence.
- More improvement on the performance/integration with all browsers.
- Improved the Speed Download disconnect and quitting sequence.
- Fixed the 'About' bug under MacOSX.
- Fixed conflict with Logitech Mouseware
- Fixed sort by date bug.
- Various other small tweaks.
