Appeals Court Opens Up Cable Internet Competition

accordng to this Yahoo News article. A 3-judge federal appeals court panel overturned an FCC rule that competitors of cable television claim stifled competition. The decision opens cable company lines to competitors much like DSL lines are open to competition from companies other than the telephone companies.
