If you author DVDs and have a pre-1 GHz PowerBook G4, you will be happy to know that MCE will have a $449 SuperDrive Upgrade for your TiBook about February 25th. Its specs are: 2x DVD-R, 1x DVD-RW, 4x DVD-ROM, 16x CD-R, 8x CD-RW and 24x CD-ROM. The 2x DVD-R is faster than the one shipping with the 1 GHz TiBook and on a par with the new 17" PowerBook G4. MCE says its SuperDrive Upgrade is compatible with iDVD!
