in settling the lawsuit from TIBCO according to this eWeek article. Apple was sued by TIBCO for infringing on its trademark shortly after Apple released its automatic network configuration technology in 2002 and called it "Rendezvous". TIBCO had marketed a messaging technology called "Rendezvous" since 1994. [Dana Baggett]
