ISP WildBlue Launched Own Satellite for Rural Internet Service

according to this USA Today article. WildBlue plans to provide rural internet service using its own satellite that was launched last weekend. Boeing built the satellite and the French launched it. Fees will be about $50 per month. WildBlue has started building a second satellite. [Dana Baggett]
