Former Apple CFO Fred Anderson Joined Apple's Board of Directors

Fred Anderson was Apple's Chief Financial Officer for eight years after being hired by former CEO Gil Amelio. Anderson was one of the few Amelio hires to be kept on after Amelio was fired and Steve Jobs retook the CEO helm. He retired from Apple on June 1 and was replaced by Peter Oppenheimer. Anderson also sits on the boards of eBay and E.piphany according to this Apple press release.
