Maine has Funds for Extending iBook Program to 9th Grade

Baldacci's plans call for local school district contributions, the Maine Department of Education has $28 million in leftover project funds and the iBook program is estimated to cost $22 million per grade so a majority, if not all, of the funds exist already.
