Busted for "Stealing" Wi-Fi in St. Petersburg, FL

Here's a first as far as we know. A man, age 41, was arrested in St. Petersburg, FL, for logging onto and using someone's home Wi-Fi wireless network from the street. The homeowner noticed the man in an SUV parked outside his home using a laptop computer. The man in the SUV was charged with a third degree felony, unauthorized access of a computer network.
