DoctorMac Direct Officially Opens for Business--FREE Advice FAQ

Last week we posted a note that this new troubleshooting service from Bob "Dr. Mac" Levitus was coming soon. Now DoctorMac Direct is officially open for business. It combines the brain power of two Mac troubleshooting icons, Bob Levitus and Ted Landau, and a well-trained staff to solve any and all of your Mac-problems, including those with third party software. The fee is $30 for 15 min but they guarantee to solve your problem in that time period or they will continue to work for free untill they do. In comparison, Apple charges $49 per 15 min for a service call not covered by AppleCare. DoctorMac Direct also has a free troubleshooting guide that should solve many Mac problems. We already used it to solve a problem. [Bill Fox]
