Macworld Expo Boston 2005 Opened Yesterday--New Announcements

We almost for got about Macworld Boston since we have moved West and Apple no longer participates. We attended and reported on virtually every Macworld NYC when Apple participated and the CEO provided the keynote address. When the East Coast event was moved back to Boston, Apple withdrew. Still there is a lot to see and do at the conference and expo.

Some new announcements so far are:

Red Rock Software released DeltaGraph Automator Action for Use with Mac OS X, 10.4 Tiger, an optional add-on to Red Rock DeltaGraph 5.6 for the Mac which provides a simple solution for automating repetitive graphing and charting tasks. It is available as a Technology Preview. Red Rock is also offering a show special of a $100 discount on DeltaGraph 5.6.

MetaCommunications announced first intranet search and archive management system for creative workgroups. A powerful and intuitive product, Digital Storage Manager solves a few of the industry's most challenging problems - finding, tagging and archiving the myriad files used in the production process. MetaCommunications will demonstrate Digital Storage Manager July 11-15 in booth #414.
