Apple Stores Having Special Shopping Event on Friday, November 24th
We received a note from Apple that announced a special shopping event at Apple Stores on the day after Thanksgiving Day, i.e. Friday, November 24th. That day is normally called Black Friday by retailers because with good sales from that day forward they will be profitable for the year or in the black.
The Apple note states in part,
"Joy to the wallet. This Friday is our one-day shopping event. For ONE DAY ONLY, this Friday November 24th, the Apple Store will have a special Black Friday shopping event. Historically Black Friday has been a big day for us here at The Apple Store.... Shopping event is available only at the online Apple Store on November 24 from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. PST and at Apple retail stores. Check your local Apple Store for special hours. Sale prices are limited to stock on hand and while supplies last."
