Apple released iMovie Update 7.0.1 and it is available for download via Software Update or as a stand-alone updater from this Apple Web page.

According to Apple,

This update addresses issues associated with publishing to .Mac Web Gallery. It also improves overall stability and addresses a number of other minor issues.

We downloaded and installed the update via Software Update on a MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo (LED), a white iMac Core 2 Duo and an aluminum iMac Core 2 Duo. We encountered no problems doing so. [Bill Fox & Dana Baggett]
