Apple released GarageBand 4.1.1 for iLife '08. It is available for download via Software Update or from MacUpdate.com or this Apple Web page. According to the ReadMe file,

This update improves overall stability and addresses issues with file export to iPhone.

We downloaded the update via Software Update on several Macs running iLife '08, including: 15" 2.4GHz MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo (10.5.1), aluminum 24" 2.8GHz iMac Core 2 Duo (10.5.1) and white 24" 2.33GHz iMac Core 2 Duo (10.4.11). No problems were encountered during the update nor during brief use of GarageBand on the MacBook Pro. [Bill Fox & Dana Baggett]
