Apple released iTunes 7.3.2. It is available for download via Software Update or as a stand-alone updater from this Apple Web page. According to the ReadMe file,

iTunes 7.3.2 provides bug fixes to improve stability and performance.

We downloaded and installed iTunes 7.3.2on a variety of Macs, including: MacBook Pro C2D, iMac Core Duo, iMac C2D, PowerMac G4 Cube and PowerBook G4. No problems were encountered in several hours use. [Bill Fox & Dana Baggett]
