From the Dark Side--Dell sued for Deceptive Sales Practices by NY Attorney General

The lawsuit by NY Attorney General Andrew Cuomo accused Dell, the number one PC maker, of offering no-interest financing of PC purchases but making it virtually impossible to qualify, then offering those who don't financing with interest rates up to 20 percent according to a Reuters article.
