Lawsuit-Happy Music Publishers for Eminem sue Apple Again

This time Eight Mile Style LLC and Martin Affiliated LLC have sued Apple to stop downloading Eminem's music from the iTunes Store according to DetNews.com. They claim that Apple has no agreement to do so even though Apple has a contract with Universal Music Group, Eminem's music distributor. This is largely a struggle over how much the artist, publisher and distributor (label) get of the download proceeds. [Bill Fox]
