MacBook Air USB Ethernet Adapter Windows XP and Vista Driver

I installed Windows XP via Boot Camp on my MacBook Air. Unfortunately, there was no driver for the Apple USB Ethernet Adapter and I could not get wired ethernet to work. I need this functionality to use the Polycom PVX desktop video conference client (don't ask) with my MacBook Air from hotel rooms with only wired ethernet internet service.

Fortunately, "tnkgrl" has hacked a driver for the adapter. It is available as a free download from this Web page and it works fine. Now, I just need to figure out how to get PVX to recognize the built-in iSight camera. [Bill Fox]
