Ed. Note

According to NEWS.COM, the Justice Department charged Microsoft with violating a 1995 consent decree when MS released Internet Explorer 4.0. This NEWS.COM article covers the variety of woes of legally-troubled Microsoft. [Ed. Note: From all that I have seen and read, I can't think of two companies that seem to be more engaged in anti-competitive practices than Microsoft and Intel. I can't understand why this activity hasn't been broken up already by the Justice Department.]
