PowerComputing's stellar customer support and technical support have been closed for the weekend (well, at least on Saturday). My many calls to both numbers resulted in being disconnected after navigating the voice mail systems. Late Friday while working on a hard drive issue, I was told that they were closing early and that a Senior Customer Service person would call me on Saturday morning about the issue--this didn't happen. One certainly can sympathize with Power's employees.
