From reader Geoff who has "... a Performa 6400/180/80/1.6 Mac OS 8. It seems that when I run my Virtual PC with 31mb of PC Ram and then if I run anything like Visual Basic or Excel and then quit back to the finder I will have a 44mb block of unused or free to use memory when my system only uses 15mb. So I should have around 65mb left to play with."
