More RAM Loss Issues:
Regarding the Growing Memory Loss Problem mentioned yesterday with the OT-related RAM loss, reader Drew Stamps traced his problem to the SuperMac Spectrum video card (NuBus) on a first-generation Power Mac running with any System later than 7.5.1. He says the heap keeps expanding, free space keeps shrinking, and eventually the Mac WILL crash.
