PowerLogix PowerForce G3

I have not heard back from Robert Jagitsch, PowerLogix President, yet on my offer Thursday to test a PowerLogix PowerForce G3 card in my personal everyday workhorse PowerBase 180. However, I still hope to hear. To close out the debate on this issue until some real world testing can be done, of the emails received on the subject of price/performance that I raised on Wednesday, all but one favored the Apple PowerMac G3 option. MacWEEK has an article on film scanners for as low as $499. The prices are headed down further and as the name implies, these scanners do so directly from original film rather than a printed image.
