strong encryption version

Reader Gilles Durupt reported that this morning he downloaded the strong encryption version of Netscape's new Communicator 4.04. He had to trash the old preference file to stop startup crashes as first divulged yesterday on MacFixIt 11/14. Still, he reported freezes with Composer in the new version.
