HELP!

It's Macs Only!'s turn to ask for help. I've been using Netscape Communicator 4.04's emailer. Suddenly last night a big chunk of email no longer appears in the "inbox". The number of emails listed in the inbox didn't change, just about two month's worth is "gone". It even still shows one unopened email which is nowhere to be found in the inbox. I hoped this was some sort of space-activated automatic archive but the emails do not appear to have been archived somewhere, at least I can't find it. If anyone knows how to recover the "lost" email, please let me know.

Other firsthand reports on Macword Expo can be found on MacCentral, MacFixIt, The Daily Mac and The MacOS Daily.

MacWEEK has two good summaries of Macworld Expo here and here. Henry Norr's reports on MacInTouch here, here and here are even better.

I am still getting reports on CompUSA's with Apple Stores that were shining examples of the new partnership around Thanksgiving have deteriorated terribly. The latest such report is for the Encinitas, CA, store which received many glowing reports when the Apple Store opened--I will get a firsthand look at this store and the San Diego store this coming week. Please keep those reports coming to me for Macs Only's CompUSA Watch Page!.

According to NEWS.COM, Oracle CEO Larry Ellison again mentioned that Apple will be producing so-called Network Computers. It must be true since he is on Apple's Executive Board. I hope it's true.
