On March 3rd, according to News.Com, there will be a Senate hearing on internet anti-trust issues.

The invited CEO witnesses are Bill Gates of Microsoft, Jim Barksdale of Netscape and Scott McNealy of Sun Microsystems. Gates will be there according to a later ZDNN article note from Dana Baggett.

CharisMac annnounced Friday that HFS+ Compatible Anubis Utility 3.0 is available for $14.95 to owners of v2.5.6 and 2.5.7 or for competitive upgrades. This is a good deal as upgrades usually cost $29.95. CharisMac/Anubis is the usual hard drive utility/driver included with ClubMac hard drives. [Thanks AYM!.]
