Apple Getting Proactive On AppleScript Support
This marvelous timesaving/simplifying technology is the subject of an Apple-sponsored developers' kitchen to be held in
Apple's headquarters on August 17-19, 1999. There are two main objectives for the kitchen:
1) To implement AppleScript support in developers' applications if it is not
currently scriptable and
2) To help improve and enhance AppleScript support for developers' applications that are already scriptable.
Greater use of AppleScript can greatly improve the ease of use of the Mac OS and applications that run under it, the principal Mac OS advantage.
