Apple's MUG Trade Up Program

"Trade in your old Mac to the latest and greatest G4 machine. The MUG Store will take any PowerPC or better toward any Mac system we sell. For example, if you have a beige Power Macintosh G3 mini-tower you can trade up to a G4 400 MHz machine for as little as $400 (depending on configuration, condition, etc.)."

The ID and Password to access the MUG Store are available from your local Macintosh User Group. I just took advantage of the program which offers a good cash discount with no sales tax to order a new PowerMac G4/450 MHz (Sawtooth) and traded in my 9600 at a very favorable allowance.
