Apple Says "Whoa!" To eMachines Over eOne

According to this NEWS.COM article, Apple sued eMachines for copying the design of the iMac in its new eOne computer being sold through Circuit City. As I mentioned in my hands-on comments the day that the eOne debuted, the eOne clearly appeared to be marketed as an iMac and that will confuse the public into thinking it is a cheaper iMac with all of the iMac's attributes.
