AirPort Tip--Can't See Other Computers On Network

Being able to see all other computers on a network in the Chooser and Network Browser is a bit tricky. The problem happened again with my daughter's iBook and my PowerBook 2400c using Mac OS 9. The solution was to check the box "Enable File Sharing clients to connect over TCP/IP" under the "Start/Stop" tab on the "File Sharing" control panel for all computers on the network. File Sharing was turned on for all computers and a device (usually the hard drive) on each computer was enabled as shared. Then all computers became available in the Chooser and in the Network Browser.
