AOL and Time Warner to Merge

, the largest corporate merger ever if approved by regulators and stock holders. Actually, AOL is buying Time Warner and approval is expected. Not only is this an economic merger but an historic coupling of the "old" and the new communications media. Here is today's Washington Post article. Does this put too much information control in one mega corporation? Will it change the internet landscape? On the first, my view is maybe and the second, you bet, but how is the key question. It certainly means that the internet has matured.
