Cobalt May Sue Apple Over G4 Cube Design

according to this ZDNet article. Cobalt Networks manufactures a $999 cube-shaped blue server called the Qube. This rates right up there with the OS-9 vs Mac OS 9 suit. So Apple is trying to get rich by copying the design of the "wildly popular" blue Cobalt server and the poor public who really wants a Cobalt server will be fooled into buying a $1800-2300 silver computer instead? Give me a break! Maybe Apple should consider suing Cobalt for copying the design of the black NeXT cube which preceded Cobalt's blue Qube and which Apple owns. Geez, I hope this doesn't delay the delivery of my G4 Cube.
