that we also noted yesterday has a firmware updater that increases the Base Station firmware version from 3.81 to 3.82. We applied the update to an iBook (Dual USB), iBook 466, TiBook 500, iMac DV SE, iMac 350 SL, Power Mac G4 533 DP and G4 Cube with no apparent subsequent problems. Here are the standalone updaters for Mac OS 9.0.4+ and Mac OS X 10.1+. Dana Baggett noted that he updated his Base Station's firmware in Mac OS 9.2.1 and then when he updated Mac OS X the firmware updater unnecessarily ran again on the same base Station.
