is available for download from Apple's servers or via the Software Update control panel. "The Mac OS 9 Audio Update provides improved USB audio support for computers using Mac OS 9, and provides support for the Harman Kardon iSub speaker. (You can only use the iSub speaker with iMac models that have a slot-loading CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive.) In addition, this update enhances playback for DVD movies. The update includes these files:

- MacOS ROM 3.2.1
- USB Audio Extension 1.0.1
- Apple Audio Extension 1.0.2"
