Macs in Montgomery County, MD, Schools--Encouraging News

We have not yet had a reply from the Board of Education to our request for comment on the story we ran yesterday and Wednesday that Montgomery County Schools may be replacing some 47,000 Macs because of incompatibilities with a new attendance/grading system. However, quite a few county residents copied Macs Only on emails to the BOE. Finally, we received this encouraging response from a school system network manager, "...try as they might, they won't be able to wrest the Macs out of our schools any time soon!"
