More Comments--Apple G4 Cube "Cracks"

As I mentioned yesterday, this is much ado about nothing in my opinion. Some who wrote stated that the enclosure manufacturer could allow for a small overfill where the seams leave the mold lines since they occur in identical locations among Cubes. Then the overfill could be polished off. However, doing so is likely to add a significant cost to what some already claim is a high price.

I checked the speakers and, sure enough, there are mold lines around their horizontal circumference. Same for the Pro mouse. The keyboard had them on the underside piece near the USB ports. Even the new 15" LCD Display had a mold line from the top center down the upper half of its backside.

Mold lines are the nature of the manufacturing method and the material used.
