Netscape 6 Preview is Out

Netscape 6 got a good review from ZDNet but it's not clear how much of the usage is on a Mac. [Dana Baggett] From Chris Adamson, "The preview release of Netscape 6 is a joke on my iMac, even by pre-release standards. Despite its 14.4 MB size, the only functionality it seems to have is:

1) displaying a splash screen
2) quitting after 5 seconds and returning to the Finder.

Back to iCab, MSIE, and HotJava...." In a related item, AOL CEO Steve Case described Netscape 6 in his Internet World keynote address and announced a partnership with Gateway to produce simple internet devices.
